The Employment Support Group meets on the last Monday of the month at 19:30 in the main foyer of the church. The purpose of the group is to provide support and encouragement to both young and old who have been retrenched or who are facing retrenchment, or who are embarking on a voluntary career change. Those attending the group are either looking for employment or come in a support capacity, offering expertise in different areas.

Pastor Harold is able to do assessments to assist the young and the not so young with career guidance. Practical assistance is offered in drawing up a CV, preparing for an interview as well as assistance in the networking process with a view to acquiring a job.
