Based on the well-known and biblical Walk Thru the Bible course, entitled ‘Solving the People Puzzle’, this set of 4 workshops should help you to build stronger relationships by as you:

  • Understand yourself
  • Value yourself and others
  • Develop adaptability of your own style to help others.

BEING A WITNESS TO MUSLIMS

Many of us read about Muslims, hear about the radical Muslims on the news and even see Muslims in our work environment. The question we may ask is: “How can I be a witness to Muslims?” Is there a specific method? Is there something that I need to know that would make it easier to have gospel conversations with Muslims?

This course will be a basic introduction to witnessing to Muslims. It will identify foundational truths surrounding the gospel that one needs to share with Muslims and will provide some tools to use as you seek to have gospel discussions with Muslims.

Session 1: Biblical foundation for Muslim evangelism, Islam, Muhammed, the sources of Islamic the law, practices and beliefs.
Session 2: The Gospel & explaining terms and doctrines to Muslims.
Session 3: Illustrating Biblical truths through OT narratives to Muslims.
Session 4: Bridges, arguments, prayer, questions

THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD

All Christians endeavour to live lives that are in harmony with the Character and Person of God.

If our understanding of God and His nature is flawed we will most certainly be living with erroneous views and our lives might be lived with wrong values and principles. If we have a well-grounded understanding of the Doctrine of God, and particularly of His Sovereignty, all other doctrines will fall into place and the Bible will be understood far more correctly.

This course will provide you with a foundation that will shape your future thing profoundly.

THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD

OVERVIEW OF THE BIBLE

If I open the Bible to a prophet, or a Psalm, or Daniel, or 1 Kings, or Exodus or Deuteronomy….
• What has it got to do with God’s great salvation plan?
• Where does it fit in with the overall purposes of God?
• How do I understand it in relation to Christ?

This series will take a tour of the Bible to see how it all fits together. From Genesis to Revelation we will see God’s one salvation plan unfold. We will see the many pointers to Jesus through the Old Testament, and understand how the Lord worked his purposes out from the start.
